The end of Japan's Heisei Era already in sight. The Heisei Era itself began in 1989 and ended on April 30, 2019. To celebrate it, Goo Ranking ask their users to choose the best anime girls from Heisei Era. Specifically, they were asked to vote for their favorite "strong and beautiful heroines".
